3. Do I have a website?
A live website is required as part of the application process in addition to any social media platforms.
One exception is we may accept your application if your main site is a YouTube channel or TikTok account, but these must have sufficient relevant business content (see the example below). With that being said, if you only include your Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest link, your application is unlikely to be accepted per our program requirements.
If you recently developed a new website or if it’s been a while since you’ve audited your website, we recommend double-checking the following:
Is my website active?
If your website is under construction, we can’t review your content. Therefore, we suggest making any major updates to your website before applying to the program to ensure that we can view your content.
Sometimes placeholder text is accidently left behind after creating a new website or using a page template. Be sure to remove any extra placeholder text and elements, as these can be negatively perceived by site visitors.
Does my website have a user-friendly design and interface?
5. Can the affiliate team understand how I will promote HubSpot just by looking at my website?
If you’re unsure, you can:
Add multiple links in the “Promotional Information” section of the application
Send us an email at affiliates@hubspot.com to share more details about your business and promotion plans
We’d love to partner with you.
