You'll need to set up the 1:1 free 180 minutes consultation with SMarketers within 2 weeks of purchase of HubSpot Subscription. No extension allowed.
It's a program under HubSpot For Startups connecting growth-stage founders with an experienced fractional CMO to help them build their scalable marketing engine.
The pilot comprises 180 minutes of 1:1 advisory sessions to help founders clarify positioning, build demand systems, and execute their first measurable campaigns — all supported through HubSpot’s startup ecosystem.
Step 1: Talk to your sales representative and purchase either Pro/Enterprise. Lock in the contract.
Step 2: Submit the interest form above (within 2 weeks of Purchase).
Step 3: You'll receive an automated email with the calendar link of the Fractional CMO that is assigned to you (180 mins consultation).
- This includes a form for you to fill up BEFORE the meeting to best help the Fractional CMO understands your needs + painpoints etc.
Step 4: Please note that you need to arrange the 1:1 with the Fractional CMO within 2 weeks of purchasing HubSpot. No time extension is given.

Fractional CMOs will guide startups through both the strategic thinking and practical implementation of modern marketing. Specifically:
Conduct one-to-one sessions (180 minutes each) focused on helping founders translate strategy into execution.
Share best practices, frameworks, and actionable feedback that founders can apply immediately.
Each startup should complete the sprint with:
A clear go-to-market narrative and positioning foundation
Active marketing campaign or channel play in motion
A basic measurement system and feedback loop for learning
Greater understanding of how to prioritize marketing work and tools
In other words: founders walk away with both clarity and capability to keep executing.
