Join Chief Product and Technology Officer Duncan Lennox and Chief Marketing Officer Kipp Bodnar as they unpack the latest trends in AI, marketing, sales, and service, and announce innovations from across the HubSpot platform

Traditional customer health scores often fail to predict the outcomes that matter most. In this session, Seán Reid shares the framework Supermetrics uses to forecast revenue retention, identify churn risk earlier, and align customer success, sales, and marketing teams around the signals that drive sustainable growth. You'll leave with a practical approach to measuring customer health that goes beyond static scores and helps teams take action before revenue is at risk.

The GTM playbook that built the last decade of B2B growth is breaking. AI-driven discovery has disrupted the top of the funnel. Buying decisions are being influenced by AI, which is shortening the window to be relevant. Among it all, a flood of undifferentiated content has made standing out harder than ever. The teams pulling ahead have found leverage where the role lines are blurring between marketing and sales. AI isn't accelerating marketing and sales separately - it's converging them, and the ones building on that shared foundation are writing the new playbook.

Marketing's brilliant at measuring what decays fast but rubbish at protecting what grows slowly. Brands take years to build but get judged every quarter. Jon Evans, host of The Uncensored CMO podcast, has spent three decades in marketing and has had over 250 interviews with the world's best marketing leaders to determine why and what it costs brands, creativity and culture. He unpacks how short-term metrics crowd out long-term value and gives senior marketing leaders the principles to uphold both without caving to the board politics or the budget cycle.

In today's AI-driven landscape, the companies that grow the fastest aren't the ones that move recklessly. They're the ones that build trust while they innovate. In this fireside chat, Stuart Shingler and Erika Fisher explore how marketing, brand, product, and legal leaders can work together to launch new ideas with confidence, navigate evolving regulation, and build lasting customer trust. Drawing on experience leading global brands in highly regulated industries, they'll share practical lessons for balancing speed, innovation, and responsible growth.

Everyone wants to invest in AI, but few organisations can confidently prove what’s driving commercial results. In this session, leaders from Tradeprint share how they built an AI-powered prospecting and customer engagement engine in HubSpot, only to discover their original attribution was wrong. They’ll walk through the lessons they learned rebuilding their measurement approach, aligning Sales, Customer Success, and Operations around trusted data, and creating executive confidence in AI investments. Attendees will leave with a practical framework for measuring the real business impact of AI and building the cross-functional alignment needed to turn experimentation into sustainable revenue growth.

Every leader has a blind spot. For most, it's the CRM nobody's questioned in years. In this breakout session, Hannah Fisher and Chris Grant share their practical D3 framework - Discover, Decode, Decide - for turning HubSpot into a decision engine that surfaces the answers your dashboards are currently burying. You'll see it in action, and leave with a blueprint for asking sharper questions of your own CRM - and your own team.

AI transformation looks different from every seat. In this session, Anne-Marie Costigan, SVP of Global Customer Success at HubSpot, brings together two leaders navigating it from distinct angles.

Elliott Carter of Perspicuity shares how a growing AI consultancy transformed itself while guiding customers through adoption, culture change, and new human-AI working models. Siem Peters of Sendcloud explores how the company redesigned its go-to-market model around AI, evolving customer success into a proactive revenue engine and defining what humans versus AI should own.

Together, they offer an honest, practical look at the people, operating model, and change-management decisions required to move AI from experimentation into everyday work.

Sir Mo Farah was trafficked to the UK as a child under a false name, separated from his family, and forced to work as a domestic servant. He is also Britain's most decorated track athlete. Four Olympic gold medals. Six World Championship titles. A knighthood. The distance between those two facts is not luck. In this closing session, Sir Mo reflects on what it took to build belief from conditions that offered none, how he learned to run toward something when the odds were entirely against him, and what true resilience looks like when it is tested long before the race even begins.

Join Luke Harries, Head of Growth at ElevenLabs, to hear lessons learned from expanding internationally. He'll talk about how they use AI for ad localization and unlocking millions in revenue; how they structured the org and why decentralized teams matter; how they built an AI SDR that handles inbound leads in 33+ languages; and much more.

The hardest part of adopting AI agents is not building one. It is choosing the right problem to solve. In this applied session, HubSpot GM Adam Cuzzort shows how sales and marketing teams are using Agent Hub and Agent Builder to turn high-impact use cases into working agents. Through product demonstrations and customer examples, he will break down how teams identify where an agent can create value, give it the right CRM context, and connect it to the work that drives growth. You will leave with a practical framework for choosing your first use case and understanding what it takes to build an agent that delivers measurable results.

AI has moved from experiment to expectation — but most GTM teams are still stuck on the basics. In this session, Kieran Flanagan cuts through the noise with a practical framework for building an AI-first revenue team: where agents create the most immediate impact across marketing, sales, and CS, what separates teams that are seeing results from those still running pilots, and the three decisions leaders need to make now to stop leaving value on the table.

Join Susanne Rönnqvist Ahmadi and Julia Pilkes as they open GROW and provide you with all the key insights for a day packed with networking, learning and inspiration.

How do you build a high-performing go-to-market engine with no revenue, no sales team, and no established playbook? In this fireside chat, Max Keil shares how Lovable grew from zero revenue to strong scale, and from zero AEs to roughly 20 and then some. He’ll unpack the decisions behind that growth: who to hire first, how to define the GTM motion, where to invest, and what actually moved revenue. Passionate about sharing the real lessons, Max will give GROW’s senior GTM audience a candid look at the milestones, trade-offs, and choices behind building a modern GTM from scratch.

AI is commoditising more of the marketing function, from how buyers discover brands to how teams execute and scale. The question for marketing leaders is no longer which tools to adopt, but where their role can deliver value AI can't replace.

This fireside explores how AI is reshaping buyer behaviour, marketing execution and cross-functional alignment, and where human judgement, trust and orchestration become more valuable. Through real-world experience, attendees will leave with a practical view of where marketing leadership creates lasting value and how to build high-performing teams for an AI-first world.
