Users provide their business information to calculate their potential ROI with Marketing Hub and Sales Hub. The more values they provide, the more complete and personalized their results will be.

This is expected behavior. While HubSpot isn't collecting any information about your leads, we do still need to provide a HubSpot-specific cookie policy on the iframe itself. You can expect to have your own cookie policy on the page at the top, and then expect to see a HubSpot policy banner on the iframe itself wherever you embed it on your page.

Yes! In addition to English the calculator is available in French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish. 

Instructions for changing language of the calculator from the English default are included in the Setup instructions.

We developed the tool to not store the data users put in the calculator or the pdf report that is generated because of the sensitive nature of the financial data being provided. In this case we have prioritized data privacy over any benefit HubSpot or you may gain from having this data.

We recommend setting up lead notifications specific to your ROI form, so your sales team can prioritize these as high-intent software buyers.

Yes. Any CMS platform that serves HTML should work with this iFrame embed. If you have issues or experience bugs, please fill out this form.

At this time, HubSpot's calculator is only compatible with Sales Hub and Marketing Hub. We will inform you if and when additional product lines get added.

No, HubSpot will not capture any of the lead information you gather through your own instance of the calculator. We want to help partners source their own leads without interference from HubSpot.

Since the calculator will be embedded on your website and the leads will be collected within your CRM, you are responsible for complying with your region's laws and regulations.

Yes. You can setup whatever workflows, automations, follow-up messages, and emails you'd like to. Since you're using your own form capture, you can follow your normal process.

If your page has padding and max-width set on the container, the iframe will sit within those dimensions and be restricted at that width.
