    Kaythlin helps startups grow better by building and scaling their sales, marketing, and services. She oversees the HubSpot for Startups program, as well as the Entrepreneur programs for the DACH, Benelux, and CEE regions. Kaythlin started her career at Rocket Internet where she launched a new FinTech platform on the Dutch market. Later, she was responsible for building up the partner program for Dropbox and eventually moved to HelloFresh to build and lead the growth team for HelloFreshGO.

    Max joined Breega’s investment team in 2018, bringing to the table his international outlook and love of helping startups develop. Passionate about cinema, he co-founded two ventures; Moot-Moot Production, which specialized in producing short and arty films, and WeArts, a peer to peer marketplace for artists, during his master’s studies at Sciences Po. Maxence also worked at XAnge and Middle East Venture Partners (VC fund in Lebanon and Dubai) before moving to San Francisco to help French startups in their U.S. development.

An entrepreneur at heart, he founded several startups before joining HubSpot and is passionate about innovation and technology. He started his career in finance at UBS. Later Eli transitioned into Tech Entrepreneurship following his MBA at IE Business School and then cofounded Eqosis, Viivas, and Mindlie.

    Said is an Associate at HV Capital, an Economics and Business Administration graduate at Goethe University Frankfurt and Wharton Business School. Inspired by the vivid east coast start-up ecosystem, he climbed up the entrepreneurial career ladder from being an intern at HV to joining a start-up as the finance director.

    Ferdinando Sigona is an Investment Associate at LocalGlobe. Previously, Ferdi was an Associate at Entrepreneur First, an international deep-tech company builder backed by Greylock Partners, Founders Fund, Lakestar Capital, and Mosaic Ventures. Ferdi started his career at Accenture, advising investment banking clients on client population strategies. At LocalGlobe, he focuses on healthcare and life sciences, finance and insurance, and media. He holds an MPhil in Management from Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge.
