For those who I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet, my name is Justin Graci and I joined HubSpot at the beginning of 2019. I joined the partner marketing team to help partners grow their business through HubSpot’s products and service expansion. You now have another person dedicated to your success with our products and how you deliver services with them.
Over the past few months, I’ve been meeting with partners from across the globe, virtually and in person. I wanted to understand their businesses and how they’re approaching HubSpot software. I heard a lot of great feedback around:

You've been asking for more resources focused on the pricing and packaging of services around HubSpot products. Well, I’ve heard you loud and clear! I’m committed to taking a “services first” approach to our partner resources.
We’re going to have resources that help partners understand:
- Expansion into new service categories that will differentiate your agency

- You’ll also have access to deeper product information that will fuel your growth
