Nancy Harnett
Nancy is HubSpot’s Head of Affiliate Marketing, driving the program’s strategic vision and championing its growth. She focuses on delivering an exceptional experience for our affiliate partners through a world-class program and team.
Nancy’s specialty is in launching, growing, and diversifying affiliate and referral programs, ensuring success for our partners. Her secret lies in emphasizing analytics, trend recognition, and fostering strong, transparent partnerships within the HubSpot program.
Outside of work, Nancy indulges her love for traveling, especially exploring the scenic landscapes of Ireland on her motorbike. She also enjoys the playful company of Fredrick, her mischievous Patterdale Terrier, who proudly holds the title of Affiliate Barketing Manager.
Dorissa Saint-Juste
Dorissa is a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager at HubSpot. She oversees affiliate partners, helping them succeed in their campaigns from beginning to end.
With a tenure of over three years at HubSpot, Dorissa's data-driven approach and strong analytical skills have had a tremendous impact on the growth and success of multiple affiliate partners within the program. She is focused on building lasting partnerships, maximizing ROI, and ensuring that our affiliate partners are thriving financially.
When she's not working, Dorissa enjoys immersing herself in the vibrant music scene with a particular interest in electronic and pop-punk genres. She also loves to explore her creative side through screenwriting and music production. On quieter nights, she finds comfort in the company of her rambunctious cat Stiles, enjoying laid-back Netflix marathons.

Lynsey Mc Hugh
Lynsey is a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager. She manages the program’s Elite partnerships and focuses on growing 1:1 global affiliate relationships.
Lynsey is an experienced marketing and partnership professional working in the industry for over 9 years. She will work with you to truly understand your business goals, objectives and deliver partnership opportunities that grow your affiliate revenue.
When she’s not working, she loves taking her dog Gatsby out in the Essex countryside, exploring new brunch spots and travelling to new places.

Lauren Mohr
Lauren is an Affiliate Marketing Manager. She manages the program's affiliate assets, builds program awareness and supports the team's recruitment strategies.
Shortly after graduating from Texas Christian University in May 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management, she began her professional career at HubSpot. With her creativity, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm, she strives to empower others as both successful business professionals and fulfilled humans. Consider her your biggest cheerleader.
When she's not working, she loves a sunny day on the beach, nervously snacking on Cheetos while watching a thriller movie, and getting crafty with DIY projects at home.
Ronan Dallender
Ronan is an Affiliate Manager for DACH and EMEA, looking after the recruitment, management and growth of affiliate partners across these regions.
Ronan brings a wealth of experience with him, having worked in the Affiliate and Partnerships industry in multiple countries since 2010, working across Affiliate Networks, agencies and several brands. He is focused on working with you to build successful and sustainable partnerships.
Outside of work, Ronan spends his time with his young family of two girls and a Labrador, and is a keen home cook, always looking for new recipes to try. Outside of family time, he still plays football and attempts to balance the love of food with keeping fit!

Julian Henrichs
Julian is an Affiliate Manager for France, EMEA and LATAM, looking after the recruitment, management and growth of affiliate partners across these regions.
Julian has over 10 years of experience managing programs across multiple countries in the EMEA region, working for both agencies and ecommerce. He is passionate about future technologies and trends and about creating new concepts and ideas, by utilizing analytical and strategic thinking.
In his private time, besides spending time with his family and two kids, Julian loves to keep his Hip Hop dancing skills alive and collecting sports and trading cards.
Roselle Morales & Lenbert Batayola
Roselle and Lenbert are Affiliate Marketing Assistants.
They assist the team in carrying out strategic campaigns by conducting research, preparing reports, and supporting our affiliate partners.
