カスタマーサポートスペシャリストとして、HubSpotのお客様のビジネスの成長をサポートいただくお仕事を担っていただきます。当社のサポートチームはお客様のニーズに迅速に対応し、クリエイティブな問題解決力とHubSpotの仕組みに関する深い知識で、お客様お一人お一人にパーソナライズされた相談しやすいサポートを提供します。

カスタマーサポートの役割:

  • チャット、メール、電話などの方法でお客様と連携し、効果的に問題を解決に導きます
  • HubSpot内のさまざまなツールについて、使い方の質問に回答し、お客様をサポートします。(この業務によりHubSpotのソフトウェアに関する深い知識を身につけることができます)
  • ソフトウェアの問題を診断し、確立されたプロセスを用いて製品チームやエンジニアリングチームと連携します
  • HubSpotソフトウェアを使用するマーケティング担当者、営業担当者、サービス担当者へのサポートとガイダンスの提供をします
  • お客様がビジネスを前進させ、成長させるために役立つ、パーソナライズされたソリューションのご提案をします
  • カスタマーサクセスや営業チームなどの社内チームと協力し、既存のお客様が当社のプラットフォームやサービスをさらに利用する機会を特定する
  • お客様のニーズが変化し、案件の量が増えても、冷静さ、回復力、柔軟性を発揮できることを求めます

  • HTML、CSS、APIなどの技術的なスキルを身につけることに興味がある方
