Inbound Marketing University (IMU) was HubSpot's first free marketing training and certification program that ran from February 2009 through April 2013.
It hosted an online curriculum of 18 inbound marketing webinars taught by a faculty of top marketing experts including David Meerman Scott, Rand Fishkin, Chris Brogran, Ann Handley, Guy Kawasaki, Avinash Kaushik, and more. (View classes for historic purposes below.)
Students that completed courses and passed the fifty-question Inbound Marketing Certification Exam with a 75% or above become Inbound Marketing Certified Professionals. Those who received a 90% or above earned their certification with honors distinction. The website administered a badge and certificate to those who passed the certification.
Inbound Marketing University was replaced by HubSpot Academy's new Inbound Marketing Certification on April 2, 2013. Register for HubSpot Academy's certification program.
