Template Highlights
- Add the project name, its leader, and when it kicks off
- List each task in its own row, along with its priority level (high, medium, and low), its start and end dates, and any notes
- When you add a task, put its "Progress" at 0%. As you make headway, update its progress
- To add more tasks, simply insert a new role and change the Task Number in Column B
- Use the drop-down filters in Row 8 to filter tasks by priority level, start date, end date, or how close to completion it is
- Download it as a PDF or Excel file
- Print it, email it, check it (twice)
