HubSpot User Groups

HubSpot User Groups (HUGs) are free, in-person quarterly meetups. HUGs are typically hosted by a local HubSpot agency partner and are designed to help existing HubSpot users master all things strategy and software. They are not for prospecting and closing new deals.

HUG leaders are required to host a minimum of one event per quarter, and they can request a HubSpot speaker to attend. The registration process uses our own technology (so no hassle on your side to choose the right software), and HubSpot helps you spread the word by emailing the customers in your area.

HUG leaders receive a quarterly budget to spend to organize the event, and the personal data of the attendees is owned by HubSpot (the agency can’t email or download the database for personal or business purposes).

HUG Leaders benefit from hosting HUGs by becoming an area thought leader and gaining more exposure amongst current HubSpot users and customers.

Partner Events

If you want to become a thought leader in your area, organizing an industry event is a great way to do it. As mentioned before, you can use this event to fulfill any of your marketing or sales goals:

  • If you focus on advocating the inbound methodology, you can reach new audiences that haven’t still figured out how to do marketing, sales or services in an inbound way.
  • If you focus on sharing best practices and case studies, you’ll be able to show your own leads how beneficial it could be for them to do business with you.

Remember to involve your salespeople, so they can get some face time with prospects and start building a more personal relationship with them.

Partner-owned events are not HubSpot funded, but partners can request a HubSpot speaker to attend if they are gold, platinum or diamond.
