Beth Dunn is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and holds an MBA from the Simmons College School of Management. She works on the User Experience (UX) team at HubSpot, specializing in writing in-app copy and customer communications. She also manages the HubSpot forums.
Before joining HubSpot, Beth was an independent marketing consultant, specializing in the integration of SEO, blogging, and social media. She was the Director of Technology and Communications for the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod, where she led a number of workshops and classes for nonprofits and artists on social media marketing.
