Everyone can use a HUG!

In the world of online marketing, getting folks together face to face is rare, but allows much deeper interaction and learning.  To continue building community withour customers, HubSpot recently opened registration for the first annual HubSpot User Group taking place in Cambridge, MA on Tuesday, October 5, 2010.   describe the image

With near 3,000 customers and close to 10,000 users, HubSpot users are a diverse and growing group ranging from B2C businesses with just a few employees up to entire marketing teams within divisions of large enterprises.  Users in certain metro markets, like New York, Dallas and the Bay Area, have started to organize organically and the first global HUG event Cambridge will extend this passion and community on a larger scale.

"HUG will be exciting for HubSpot customers and team members alike, giving us a chance to really connect with people whose businesses we've helped grow" said Jonah Lopin, HubSpot's VP of Customer Success.  "This event will give customers new insight, actionable tips and a variety of networking opportunities to learn from their inbound marketing peers and the broad supporting crew at HubSpot."

The event will not only give customers the chance to network, check out the roadmap and learn best practices, but they'll also be invited to have small, hands on sessions with inbound marketing consultants.  The hands on sessions will send customers home with enhancements to their websites, new skills and even customized HTML email templates!

This one day will be held at the Microsoft New England R&D Center and, as one of the hosts of FutureM, will give HubSpot customers access to a range of other marketing and technology events happening in the Boston area throughout the week.

HubSpot customers can enjoy HUG early bird registration now until August 31st.

To stay tuned, follow #HUG2010 for updates and conversations about the event!
