CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest entry periods (each, a "Contest Period") will be as specified in the table above. Winners for each Contest will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the corresponding Contest Period.

HOW TO ENTER: During each Contest Period, anyone may enter by completing the Entry Instructions above. Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household for a given Contest Period, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address.

ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: In lieu of an online entry, you may enter a given Contest by visiting the Social Command Center at INBOUND 2015 and providing a written entry with your name, email address, and a reference to the Contest to which you are entering.

WINNER SELECTION: A number of winners equal to the Winner Quantity will be determined for each Contest, selected by a panel of HubSpot judges on the Winner Selection Date based on the Winning Criteria.

Winners will be selected from entries received during the corresponding Contest Period. The potential winners will be notified via the Notification Method within two (2) weeks after the selection. The selections by HubSpot, the judge of the Contests, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, HubSpot may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by the panel of judges.
