ELIGIBILITY: Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older and residents of Australia. Neither employees of HubSpot Australia or its affiliates, nor their spouses, parents, children, siblings, or other immediate family are eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase is necessary to win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
COMPETITION PERIOD: The Australia Goes to Boston INBOUND Conference Competition (“Competition”) entry period begins at the Entry Open Date above and ends at the Entry Close Date above (the "Competition Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Competition Period.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Competition Period, (1) submit an entry with your name and email address at http://offers.hubspot.com/inbound-2015-free-trip-contest-australia (“Entry Page”), telling us in 25 words or less why you want to go to INBOUND 2015, the world’s largest gathering of inbound marketing and sales professionals, AND (2) share a customized link to the competition to another person three times, using any combination of the social sharing mechanisms provided on the Entry Page (these two components collectively, an “Entry”). For clarity, if you do not share the link three times, as measured by the Gleam widget on the Entry Page (including successful entry to the Competition by the person with which the link is shared, where noted), your Entry will not be valid, and sharing the link more than three times will neither increase your chances of winning nor grant you any additional Entries. Limit One (1) Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Competition Period, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address.
JUDGING: The Competition is a Game of Skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Winner will be determined by a panel of inbound marketing experts employed by HubSpot Australia or its affiliates, based on originality, catchiness, and ability to demonstrate an understanding of the value of inbound marketing and the INBOUND conference. Winner selection will be held on the Winner Selection Date above at Level 19, 1 O’Connell Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. Winner will be selected from entries received during the Competition Period. The potential winner will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner’s entry within one (1) week after the selection. Winner name will also be published on the Competition’s web page (http://offers.hubspot.com/inbound-2015-free-trip-contest-australia) within one (1) week after their selection for a period of thirty (30) days. The selection will be conducted by HubSpot Australia, the judge of the Competition, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Competition shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or if the prize is not claimed within one month after the prize notification, an unclaimed prize selection will take place at Level 19, 1 O’Connell Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 on 21 August 2015. The alternate winner will be notified in writing within one (1) week of such selection.
Prizes/Odds of Winning Prize: The prize will consist of a trip to HubSpot’s 2015 INBOUND Conference for the winner, valued at a maximum of $5,199 USD and including:
EXACT TRAVEL DATES AND TIMES TO BE DETERMINED SOLELY BY HUBSPOT AUSTRALIA. Flights are subject to availability and confirmation. Any unused portion of the ticket after the expiry date shall be deemed null and void. If the winner is not from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, or Adelaide, they will be responsible for the cost of travel to one of these five gateways. HubSpot Australia will pay all airline ticket related taxes associated with the prize. The tickets are strictly non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and will not accrue frequent flyer points nor be eligible for uspgrades using frequent flyer points or cash payment. Prize will be valid only for and until the dates selected by HubSpot Australia.
Overall odds of winning depend on number of entries received during the Competition Period. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, HubSpot Australia reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
CONDITIONS: HubSpot Australia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition (or portion thereof). HubSpot Australia also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits an incomprehensible or incomplete entry, violates these Official Rules, or submits an entry that includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements or breaches any other person or entity's legal rights. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, HubSpot Australia reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. HubSpot Australia reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of HubSpot Australia. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. All taxes on prizes and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner is solely responsible for all non-airline ticket related airport or other taxes or government surcharges involved, travel costs to and from the point of departure, meals, spending money, travel insurance, freight, excess baggage, ground transportation, passport/entry visas and any other expenses. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the resort, for all incidental charges. It is the personal responsibility of the winner to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and (if required) a visa, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at the destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner. BY ENTERING, ENTRANT WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO BRING (AND COVENANTS NOT TO BRING) ANY CLAIM AGAINST HUBSPOT AUSTRALIA, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPETITION. ENTRANTS FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS HUBSPOT AUSTRALIA AND ITS AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION, OR HUBSPOT AUSTRALIA AND ITS AFFILIATES’ USE OF ANY ENTRY INFORMATION. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES: The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or any of their affiliates. YOU RELEASE FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, LINKEDIN, AND TWITTER OF ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO THIS COMPETITION TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Any entrant who creates multiple accounts with Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, or Facebook for the purposes of increasing the odds of winning this Competition will be disqualified. PUBLICITY AND RELEASE. As a condition of entry into the Competition, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to HubSpot Australia and its affiliates all right, title and interest in, to publicize, broadcast, reproduce, display and/or otherwise use, the Competition entrant’s name, city, state, biographical material, and entry (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. As a further condition of entry into the Contest, each entrant, and each winner by accepting a prize, grants to HubSpot Australia a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to display, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and otherwise use any of the answer text submitted with an entrant’s entry, in any media and for any purpose, without additional review, compensation, or approval by the entrant. All entries must not infringe upon the legal rights, including copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any other person or entity. If Winner does not respond to notification, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.

HubSpot Australia and its affiliates may contract the services of Crowd9 Pty. Ltd. (o/a Gleam.io) or such other agency as HubSpot Australia may determine in its discretion (“Agency”) to administer certain parts of this Competition.
