If you have multiple functional teams in marketing, like content marketing, product marketing, and partner marketing, you can now use Content Partitioning in HubSpot so each team only sees, and has edit access, to the content relevant to them.

HubSpot now automatically combines all CSS files on HubSpot CMS hosted pages into a single combined and minified file at the time a page loads.

At HubSpot we aim to help bridge the gap between learning, and doing. That’s why we’ve recently added practical exercises into our certification content to help our community put the theory into practice. These exercises are placed after educational content that describes the why and how of a topic, and they introduce the what in a few easy steps.

Google recently rolled-out a Chrome update which started to flag pages that contain a form, but are not SSL-enabled, as "not secure." Because Chrome has approximately 47% of the browser market share, this update impacts millions of visitors, and marketers across the web.

When you consider creating a form, the questions you ask ultimately help make that form relevant to the visitor, and help provide data that informs marketing, sales, and customer success down the road.

Leads are crucial for your business. Without leads there are no deals to close. But we rely on different conversion points -- such as forms -- to generate those leads. Technical issues can come-up that affect forms loading, or a visitor may have an ad blocker installed that interupts the form.

As Google Docs has become the top Software as a Service app used by SMBs, we've seen the meteoric rise of people writing -- then copying and pasting their content into HubSpot. However when doing so you have to wrangle formatting issues, text, and separately add images. Often times that required looking at the source code fo the post just to get the formatting the way you want it.

We live in an age where content is more important than ever, but the process of creating content is more disconnected than ever. You now likely use multiple tabs, or various silos to store research for blog posts that you have to consistently reference and a lot of copying and pasting.

The way we search has changed. Just a few years ago, it would have been common to search for a an email template to send by looking for "follow-up email". But today, we search the way we talk.

Most Content Management Systems (CMS) you use today have a way of organizing content under a hierarchy. With HubSpot CMS, when you create blog content we've always called these "topics" but in light of the recent Content Strategy release we are changing this terminology to "tag" instead.

If you have a form notification email address set, you will notice a brand new look and feel of emails starting today. To match the latest design of HubSpot tools, we have updated the form submission email to be cleaner and more visually appealing. 

Finding the right image to add to your content can be a hassle, and is full of potential usage and legal complexities.

At the same time, we know as marketers that visuals help enhance our content being remembered and shared. Today, we're happy to introduce an integration with Shutterstock the worlds leading stock photography site to provide 60,000 images free for all HubSpot Marketing customers.

Lead Flows allows HubSpot Marketing and HubSpot Marketing Free customers to create pop-up forms. But, are pop-up forms truly inbound? It really depends on the intention and execution -- but non-interruptive or annoying pop-ups can be inbound, and the data proves they work.

In addition to Leadin’s Lead Flows tool, our Collected Forms tool collects submissions on your website's existing forms -- making it possible to consolidate all your leads into your Leadin contacts database, regardless of which form your visitors submit on your website.

Emails sent at odd hours are often ignored, or worse, sent right to the trash. As inbound marketers we all want to deliver a good experience, and also want to get the best performance out of our email. So shouldn't those emails arrive in everyone's inbox based on their timezone?

Launching a new website, or even just a few pages can be stressful. There are always edits that need to be made, but tracking those edits is difficult. Today we are introducing a few updates to Content Staging that will help you track, and publish pages.

When you're working on creating content, figuring out how to insert a gallery of images should not be the most time-consuming part of your day. Today we're happy to introduce a brand-new module available in all HubSpot accounts, the Image Gallery. 

If your inbound marketing is working, the Indexed Pages metric within the Competitors Report may be one way you are judging success. But the number of Indexed Pages alone does not determine success for inbound marketers, it's about the quality of those pages and the people coming to them - not just the quantity.

HubSpot Partners can now easily register a lead directly within the HubSpot platform - reducing, errors, and making you more efficient. 

As a HubSpot Partner it's difficult to tell where you are within your registered lead capacity, and how to remove one. Today we're introducing the beta of Capacity Manager, a brand-new tool that allows you to easily de-register domains so new leads can be registered. 

In order to streamline access to the template marketplace, and partner profile within Hubspot we are making some minor navigation changes to partner portals. These changes will display in only partner portals beginning on July 13. Let's dive-in to the updates.

Your automated blog and RSS emails are a reflection of your brand. Now you can edit them directly within HubSpot and make sure they're perfect. Starting today you can now edit  and format blog & RSS emails that are sent out from HubSpot.

The navigation within template provider accounts has been slightly different than the navigation within the Marketing Platform. Today, we're simplifying the navigation within the template marketplace portal and making it very similar to the marketing portal.

Great content starts with an idea, and you likely have one place for these ideas. Whether it's a notebook, or writing them in your task management app, or even a solution like Evernote. The problem is, in these central locations your content isn't fostered towards creation, it's often just stored.

When we released Content Staging for Website Platform customers at INBOUND15, one of the first pieces of feedback we recieved was for supporting multiple domains. Today, I'm happy to announce that Content Staging supports any domains connected to an account.

Knowing how a template is performing before a customer purchases it can be a big driver of sales. Unfortunately, we found these stats were not properly being aggregated and as a result sometimes displayed incorrect information.

Creating beatuiful, engaging, and desired content is a key to the inbound methodology. But the actual process of writing, and designing that content shouldn't be difficult. Starting today brand-new inline editors that allow you to create content directly on the page in an easier way than ever before.

Update: On April 8th, 2016 we will remove access to the previous "split-screen" version of the editors. 

In August 2015 we released a beta of Social Auto-Fill for forms that allowed you to easily integrate Google+, and Facebook into your forms at the click of a button. The ideas was, with these options available to your visitors they would click a network, sign, and it would pre-fill the form.

A picture can be worth a thousand words and considering how much time and strategy goes into writing blog titles... the same customization and care should be put into a post’s featured image.

Personalization in email is really important. But sending an email with a broken personalization token, or forgetting to set default values (resulting in blanks in your emails) can and has happened to the best of us. Sending links or images with broken URLs is also super embarrassing.
