When our co-founder Dharmesh Shah unveiled the Customer Code during his keynote at INBOUND 2018, we made a commitment to ourselves, and to our customers, to live up to the tenets we outlined. An important piece of fulfilling that commitment is ensuring that we’re consistently gathering, and acting on, feedback from our customers.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce HubSpot's 2021 Customer Advisory Board (CAB). The members of the board have been carefully selected by HubSpot's Voice of the Customer team to represent our customers and work closely with our teams to provide feedback and discuss strategies that will help our customers to grow better.

The CAB will meet quarterly to discuss the opportunities and challenges they’re facing using our software. We’ll use that feedback to improve our customer experience and guide the direction of HubSpot’s existing and future solutions.
