We've done it again! Released a new inbound marketing music video, that is. This time, the genre is hip hop - old school, 90s hip hop to the tune of Sir Mix-A-Lot's "Baby Got Back."
Introducing "Baby Got Leads" HubSpot's original song and music video about rapping marketer, Sir Convert-a-Lot and his obsession with lead conversion and inbound marketing.
The video was produced and directed by HubSpot Inbound Marketer, Rebecca Corliss, who also wrote the song's original lyrics. "Baby Got Leads" stresses the importance of online lead generation and lead conversion, which is the process of converting a prospect from a site visitor to a lead into an opportunity and ultimately, a customer.
Launching videos is a regular part of the HubSpot marketing program, and "Baby Got Leads" is HubSpot's third inbound marketing music video. "Link Love" was released in February 2009 and "You Oughta Know Inbound Marketing" was launched in December 2008. "You Oughta Know" is a four-time award-winning video, winning a 2009 NEDMA Award for Creative Excellence, a 2009 Videographer Award, a 2009 VMX Video Marketing Award and a 2009 Semmy Award.
