Our Customer Code, first published in 2018, outlines one of our core beliefs here at HubSpot: that prioritizing the customer experience is the key for scaling companies that are looking to grow better. Listening to customer feedback is critical to enacting this mission, and it allows us to build long-lasting customer relationships that fuel business growth.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce HubSpot's 2022 Customer Advisory Board (CAB). HubSpot's Voice of the Customer team has carefully selected these members to work closely with our teams to provide feedback and discuss strategies that will help our customers to grow better.

“Our north star at HubSpot is to solve for the customer. We make decisions, build culture, and set goals based on that north star. That’s why we like to say that, when in doubt, talk to customers,” said Yamini Rangan, chief executive officer at HubSpot. “HubSpot’s Customer Advisory Board is instrumental for that reason; it empowers us to deeply listen to their feedback, ideas, and opportunities. I’m thrilled to welcome our new Customer Advisory Board members, and I look forward to working together in 2022.”

Meet our new board members:

“It’s been exciting to see such strong demand to participate in our Customer Advisory Board this year,” said Shauna Carroll, program manager on HubSpot’s Customer Experience Management team. “This made the selection process difficult, but it showed that not only do we care deeply about the success of our customers–our customers care deeply about HubSpot's success, too. I look forward to working closely with this fantastic group to ensure that we are more aligned with the needs of our customers than ever before.“

The CAB will meet quarterly to discuss the opportunities and challenges of using our software. Our team uses that feedback to improve our customer experience and guide the direction of HubSpot’s existing and future solutions.
