HubSpot Launches Inbound Marketing & HubSpot Certification Programs

Cambridge, MA: This week, HubSpot, an inbound marketing software company, announced plans to conduct interactive workshops on marketing and HubSpot tools at the company’s annual INBOUND conference. The in-person certification program is designed to help more than 500 marketers attract, convert, close, and delight leads, prospects, and customers with leading-edge marketing techniques. HubSpot will offer two educational tracks: one that certifies participants in the principles and best practices of inbound marketing, while a brand new certification will focus on helping HubSpot customers master every element of the software. The HubSpot certification and the inbound marketing certification will be offered in-person right before the company’s INBOUND conference in August, and is also available online for people to complete at their own pace.

Of the announcement, Mark Kilens, Inbound Marketing Professor and Leader of HubSpot Academy, noted “over the last ten years, the marketing landscape has changed dramatically. Consumers have more tools than ever to tune out traditional marketing, so it’s critical that marketers have a comprehensive understanding of social media, blogging, email marketing, website optimization, and analytics to succeed and grow. While most marketing coursework covers high level concepts like brand strategy, HubSpot’s Inbound Marketing and HubSpot Certification programs are designed to be practical, hands-on workshops which aim to give current and aspiring marketers the tools they need to create lovable marketing.”

The in-person certification programs will be offered on August 19th and will include:

- A full day of interactive workshops
- Hands-on experience through the creation of a custom-built marketing campaign, with the ability to ask questions and get feedback in person, directly from HubSpot marketers
- Personalized follow-ups and Q&As to maximize benefits from the experience
