User reviews are a key piece of our strategy here at HubSpot. We use that feedback to inform what products we build and to identify parts of our software that could be improved. We’re so grateful for the customers who take the time out of their busy days to provide that input.
As a result of that feedback, we’re excited to announce that HubSpot has been named the #1 Best Product for Marketers in 2020 by users on G2. Akin to The People’s Choice Awards for tech companies, G2’s Best Software Awards rank the world’s best software companies and products based on authentic, timely reviews from real users. Tech companies on the list have proven their commitment and value based on hundreds, if not thousands of verified reviews.
With over 57,844 software companies on G2, HubSpot is honored to be recognized on three additional lists, Best Software Companies, Best Software Products, and Best Products for Sales lists, an achievement that can only be earned through the endorsement of our users.
G2 created these lists based on data from over one million authentic, verified customer reviews. These reviews were written and published between January 1, 2019 - March 3, 2020. These reviews — each vetted by a real person to ensure legitimacy — spanned across 77,381 software products.
This is the third time HubSpot has appeared on one of G2’s Best Software lists.
