HubSpot announced today that LinkedIn ads are now available in the Professional and Enterprise tiers of Marketing Hub as part of the HubSpot Ads tool. (NYSE: HUBS) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of its shares of common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $300 million, before underwriting discounts and other estimated offering expenses. In addition, HubSpot has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase approximately $45 million of additional shares of common stock. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by HubSpot.
