HubSpot is thrilled to announce that we were named a winner on the 2016 CRM Watchlist by analyst and author Paul Greenberg. Over 130 companies were evaluated for the honor, and we are proud to be part of a small group recognized.

The award is drawn from Greenberg’s year-long analysis of more than 130 companies, in which he examines numerous factors, including product, engagement, services, culture and overall impact.

Greenberg said of his methodology: “To have an impact, the company has to be pretty much a complete company who has been doing this long enough to have established a rhythm that leads to impact. The company has to be well rounded -- it has financial stability, solid management, excellent products and services, culture, and a strong partner ecosystem to help sustain its efforts. It has to have a clear vision and mission and also clear-cut strategies to get external forces - customers, analysts, journalists, prospects, etc. - engaged.”

We’re honored that our free HubSpot CRM moved up to being named a Winner in 2016 from Honorable Mention in 2015, demonstrating the advances in product and impact in the past year. Learn more about the 2016 CRM Watchlist process and HubSpot’s CRM.
