TrustRadius Names HubSpot #1 in Customer Satisfaction for Marketing Automation

HubSpot_Trust_Radius_1-1This week, TrustRadius, a leading site for business software users to share real-time insights and reviews on their experiences, declared HubSpot #1 in customer satisfaction in the marketing automation software space, outpacing Act-On, Marketo, and Eloqua among others with an overall satisfaction rate of 9.4 out of 10 for “likelihood to recommend.”

Of the announcement, HubSpot CMO Mike Volpe noted, “any provider can tell you that their software is easy to use and delivers results, but the best insight comes from real customers and companies leveraging our tools to grow their business. We’ve long believed that marketing automation is most successful when integrated with top of the funnel tools like blogging and social media publishing. Today, we are deeply honored that our customers shared their success with the HubSpot marketing automation suite on TrustRadius, and humbled to be #1 in customer satisfaction in their latest ranking.
