At HubSpot, we think culture really matters. That’s why we’re proud to announce we’ve been named to Entrepreneur’s inaugural Top Company Culture list for Best Among Large Companies. Calculated by CultureIQ®, a total of 75 small, medium, and large businesses across the country were recognized for creating cultures that exceed employee expectations and drive employee engagement.

“HubSpotters are the heart of our culture and identity,” said HubSpot co-founder and CTO Dharmesh Shah. “This award is a credit to our employees, and the commitment that each and every one of them put towards making HubSpot a great place to work.”

Top Company Culture recipients were selected using CultureIQ’s employee survey, where employees were asked 21 multiple-choice questions about their employer’s core qualities of culture, including performance focus, support, and innovation. Survey results were then combined with  employee Net Promoter Scores to determine ranking.

“We are committed to making Hubspot a magnet for talent globally and to delivering a remarkable employee experience for everyone who works here,” said Katie Burke, Vice President of Culture and Experience. “We recruit people who are passionate about our mission to help companies grow through inbound, and then give them a lot of autonomy to solve for our customers every day."

The Top Company Culture designation comes on the heels of other notable awards for HubSpot this season, Fortune and Great Place to Work® have named the #10 Best Small and Medium Company in the country as well as a 100 Best Workplace for Women. In addition, HubSpot was named Boston’s #1 Best Place to Work by Boston Business Journal earlier in 2015.
