HubSpot Employees Win Two SEMMY SEO Marketing Awards

Today, HubSpot's music video You Oughta Know Inbound Marketing performed by Rebecca Corliss received a 2009 SEMMY Award in the LOL Funny! Category.

Also, new inbound marketing manager Dan Zarrella won the Viral Marketing SEMMY for his survey illustrating that Twitter users are the best people for seeding viral marketing campaigns. He also was runner up in the Social Media Category for his report on what factors influence the number of links stories receive after they make the front page of Digg.

The SEMMYS are an annual awards event honoring the best articles and blog posts from the search marketing industry. This year, 200 authors were nominated, representing 157 blogs and websites, of which 18 received an award.
