Are you a marketing expert with a passion for helping others? You might be just what we're looking for! We're currently seeking talented marketing experts for our customer team to help guide and support the success of HubSpot's customers. More details about the positions we're looking to fill are below:

Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Managers (CSMs) guide HubSpot customers on their inbound marketing journey by determining where and how HubSpot's customers can extract increased ROI from their subscriptions. Working with customers over the phone or via email, CSMs strive to make each customer a case study and are devoted to finding relevant solutions that meet clients' changing inbound marketing needs. CSMs efforts focus on the ways HubSpot software enables marketers to transform the way they do marketing to significantly increase traffic and lead flow from social media, search engines, and the blogosphere, and ultimately to generate more customers from the internet.

Inbound Marketing Consultant

The primarily role of Inbound Marketing Consultants (IMCs) is to inspire and teach HubSpot customers about inbound marketing through phone-based consulting sessions. In addition, IMCs identify creative ways to make HubSpot software fit into customer organizations so that they can derive maximum value from HubSpot's solutions. IMCs should have a passion for teaching customers to master the core marketing skills needed to use HubSpot's products and should possess the ability to seamlessly interact with a variety of senior executives, marketing VPs, marketing managers, and technical IT resources or sub-contractors as well as a strong interest in learning new software features, new inbound marketing trends, new consulting techniques, etc. One of the primary responsibilities of IMCs is learning new things every day and managing a wide range of projects, including organic optimization, paid search marketing, blog implementation, link-building, etc. with no hand-holding.

So ... why come work for HubSpot's customer team? As a consultant, you'll learn a tremendous amount about internet marketing, business strategy and marketing. We were also recently voted as the number one best midsize company to work for in Boston by the Boston Business Journal, and we have a hard-working, fun, and exciting company culture!
