Introduction
Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) represent a wide range of cultures and people who descend from Far East and Middle Asia. Numerous are the stories of AAPI immigrants over-coming huge cultural and language barriers to create better lives for their children and grandchildren. Many of those children and grandchildren stood on the shoulders of their parents, grandparents, aunties, and uncles to start businesses that would go on to be worth millions.
