The biggest benefit of working with HubSpot, in my opinion, is the seamlessness that the platform provides. The platform is extremely easy to use. We're also able to integrate with so many different systems and have control over so many different workflows that usually would take an army to manage. My name is Kelly Cheng. I am the head of growth and marketing at Goldcast. Goldcast is an enterprise software provider.

We help B2B marketers run digital events and webinars that drive revenue and bring their brands to life. Having a strong customer relationship solution is extremely important, because that is the backbone to everything that we do on the marketing team. It is important for us to be able to calculate data points for all of our customers, communicate with them seamlessly, be able to track all the touchpoints of the customer journey to be able to make sense of all of it.

Since being able to use HubSpot, we've really been able to scale our output on the marketing teams to be able to work efficiently, but keep our resources extremely limited.
