HubSpot and AWS have enabled NLX to be incredibly agile while retaining a cozy team size and effectively allowing us to scale with global brands. My name is Andrei Papancea. I'm the CEO and Chief Product Officer of NLX. NLX is an enterprise headquartered in New York City, and we effectively help large brands to drive automation through conversational AI.

So think chatbots, voice assistance, we power such experiences. As a startup, our biggest goal on an ongoing basis has to do with customer adoption and growth. So when we get to enable our customers to deploy experiences that define industries, that's where we take our most joy and pride in the work we do.

- Conversational AI in travel and hospitality truly is a game changer. You wind up with a better experience for the customer and it's more profitable for you to actually run your business.

- As we start the company, it's very important for us to pick a technology provider that could sustain our growth, and in that, we found providers like AWS and HubSpot. We use over 50 different services on AWS, but more importantly, AWS has lots of services that require very little management.

- Watching the team at NLX take advantage of the agility, flexibility, scalability, elastic capabilities, and even the global reach that AWS provides them, and bringing all of those features to the marketplace is just really amazing.

- We're using a number of different HubSpot services. For one, we're using Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, but then we also use quite a bit of their API products.

- HubSpot allows startups to have the capabilities that they need from an enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management perspective to drive their business.

- HubSpot and AWS have benefited NLX in time saved by leveraging a lot of managed services and automation that otherwise we would've had to build from scratch. As we grow, we're excited to have both, HubSpot and AWS on our side knowing that we can rely on their ability to scale and deliver secure capabilities to our customers.
