Honest, detailed, balanced peer reviews build trust in HubSpot products and help buyers understand what’s possible with our software. Once those buyers become HubSpot customers and see success with our products it’s then their turn to review HubSpot - and the cycle of trust repeats itself.
HubSpot is excited to announce that thanks to unrelenting support from our customers, our products won several prestigious customer review awards in the first months of 2021.
HubSpot has been named #2 Best Global Seller for 2021 by G2. G2’s annual Best Software awards rank the world’s best companies and products based on authentic, detailed, balanced customer reviews. This is the fourth consecutive time HubSpot appears on this list of the top 100 SaaS companies.
HubSpot has also been awarded a 2021 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for CRM Lead Management. Gartner defines CRM lead management applications by their ability to facilitate a business’s inbound and outbound customer acquisition, online and offline. This is the fourth time that HubSpot has received this recognition.
HubSpot Marketing Hub has become one of 49 products to win a 2021 Most Loved Award by TrustRadius. To determine which products are among the most loved by their customers, TrustRadius analyzed reviews collected in 2020 across 18,648 products and 619 categories. The most beloved products were determined by comparing mentions of “love” in all its (grammatical) forms to the total number of reviews received for each product. The winners earned the highest ratio of “love” per review across the entire TrustRadius platform.
