G2 Crowd, a leading platform for business software reviews, today announced HubSpot has received the highest customer satisfaction ratings in its Massachusetts Gridscape, a visualization of 35 Massachusetts-based business software companies drawing from user satisfaction and market presence.
HubSpot CRM, which exits beta today and is free to anyone to use, also received the 6th-highest customer satisfaction rating, giving HubSpot two of the top 10 positions on G2 Crowd’s Massachusetts Gridscape.
To generate the Gridscape, G2 Crowd aggregated data from over 1,700 reviews written by business professionals on 35 business software products of Massachusetts-based companies across various industries.

This ranking further affirms HubSpot’s position as a leader in both customer and employee satisfaction. Last week, the Boston Business Journal named HubSpot the #1 large company to work at in Boston.
