HubSpot is thrilled to announce that it has topped G2 Crowd’s Grid for Web Content Management Software, and been named #1 in both Market Presence and Customer Satisfaction with a total score of 89 out of 100.
G2 Crowd, the world’s leading business software review platform, recently released its Web Content Management Grid. Drawing upon thousands of reviews from the G2 Crowd website, the Grid ranks the world’s top Web Content Management (WCM) systems based on both customer satisfaction and market presence.
With 1,192 reviews at the time of writing, HubSpot currently averages 4.6 stars out of 5, with 96% of reviews four stars or higher. HubSpot’s latest G2 Crowd ranking follows its high performance in earlier in 2016, where it was named #1 for customer satisfaction in G2 Crowd’s Winter 2016 Grid for Web Content Management.
