HubSpot Named Top Marketing Automation and CRM Brand in Alignable Small Business Trust Index

That’s why we’re proud to announce today that HubSpot has been named the most trusted brand in the Marketing Automation & CRM category of Alignable’s Small Business Trust Index, an annual report that details the results of NPS surveys administered to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across several categories.

Alignable is a network where small business owners build trusted relationships, generate referrals, and share opinions on products and services. Their 2018 Small Business Trust Index draws data from over 50,000 ratings and reviews on their platform from business owners on the brands they put their trust in.

The Trust Index asks business owners how likely they are to recommend a specific brand to fellow business owners. This is the first time Alignable released ratings for the Marketing Automation & CRM category, where HubSpot came out on top.
