Any company of any size can really get started with HubSpot super easily. That's how we started at first, right? And we were setting things up, managing our marketing and sales data in one place. And only when we were ready when we needed more features then we upgraded to a bigger plan.
APIFY is a web scraping and automation platform. We're trying to build the best platform for web scraping which means data extraction from the web.
We are still a Startup based in Czech Republic. We've been growing, doubling every year, for the past couple of years. Now, APIFY has over 1,000 paying users from over 95 countries around the world.
Prior to working with HubSpot, we were working with Salesforce and it was just a mess, to be honest. For a Startup like us, it was just too overwhelming. And when we switched to HubSpot we could do everything ourselves and everything was suddenly easy.
There was a sales force integration that we used and the power process of transitioning, moving all the data was very quick, very straightforward. As part of HubSpot for Startups there was also the onboarding package included, also the discounts that are available. And integrations and other resources, they have been very helpful for us to get started.
We use it to communicate with customers. We use it to track information about customers.
In marketing team, we are sending email campaigns, scheduling our posts on social media. What I like about HubSpot the most is having all the data, all these different features integrated in one platform. It saves a lot of money. We don't have to pay for a separate tool and we are able to really get the full picture about our customers.
I definitely would recommend HubSpot. It's super powerful, all in one CRM, with a lot of features and it's easy to customize it. I really believe that HubSpot can serve companies of any type from any industry. (slow upbeat music ends)
