Hello, HubSpot. I'm, Artur. I'm one of the co founders and the CEO of Penney Lane. Pennylane is a all in one financial management software that helps small businesses look at all their finances in one place.
We've decided to work with spots. First, because of the user interface and because of the shared DNA of having all data into one place. We wanted to partner with HubSpot for the CRM part because for us, it's really, like, complimentary to the Pennylane offer. It is very key for business to track in time all your different touch points with all your needs as well as customers when we started using HubSpot at the beginning of Pennylane, we were like, wow, this is amazing.

All this number of features in one place, a very open software, so you can plug it to lots of other softwares you're using. We are using HubSpot for marketing mainly. We are using HubSpot for landing pages. We are using HubSpot for forms when we create some content, and we are using HubSpot as a place to store all our leads data that we collect from marketing.

We use AWS for our entire infrastructure s three. We also use Redshift, which is our data warehouse that we use to copy our production database, but also to provide some connectors for data visualization to our users. We also use some AWS AI services because we've got, twenty people strong data team, and they use a lot of AWS services to run data science models. So we've been using a number of services, and I'll very happy with them.

So within the last four years, we've scaled from zero to one hundred thousand customers in France, and all this without suffering that scaling effort, simply because we are using robust technology, those hubs but in AWS, HubSpot for startup program has helped us to reach a new customer base, helped us gain some visibility, and it creates a very complimentary offering to our mutual customers, which helped us increase our conversion rate. Both HubSpot and AWS teams have been always giving us tips on how to optimize our usage, also how to save money because sometimes, you know, you could find ways to spend less or the useless storage.

I would definitely recommend HubSpot to any SME out there. HubSpot Fall startup was a great help for us, to get our solution known to the market, and AWS simply help us scale all our tech infrastructure, and we've been very happy with both programs so far.
