We’ve done it again! HubSpot has been named a Leader in G2 Crowd’s Spring 2017 Grid for Marketing Automation, earning high marks for customer satisfaction and support. And we’re not stopping there – 94% of reviewers say our product is going in the right direction.

93% of reviewers are satisfied with our quality of support, compared to the average of 89%
Our average ROI payback period is just 11 months, compared to 13 for Act-On and 15 for Marketo
“HubSpot has been identified as a Leader in our Spring 2017 Marketing Automation Grid Report, based on their large market presence and high levels of customer satisfaction,” said Mitch Lieberman, director of research, G2 Crowd. “HubSpot’s satisfaction ratings were highlighted by ‘quality of support’ and ‘ease of doing business with’ each scoring higher than the category average. Additionally, 95 percent of reviewers rated the product with four out of five stars or better.”
G2 Crowd rates products and vendors based on reviews gathered from their robust user community, as well as data aggregated from online sources and social networks. The Spring 2017 Marketing Automation Grid Report is based on reviews collected through March 2017.
