Today, we are delighted to receive a Tech Stack Essentials Award from TrustRadius, one of the world’s most trusted review sites for business technology.
This award celebrates products that TrustRadius users identified as “essential” to keeping their businesses running every day. This year, HubSpot has made enhancements to Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, and the HubSpot ecosystem, and this award is an indicator of the positive impact these products have had on businesses navigating the challenges of 2020.
“Receiving recognition from users is always an honor, but even more so in a year when so many businesses are relying on their software to survive and grow,” said Yamini Rangan, chief customer officer at HubSpot. “In today’s environment, companies need a tech stack that is powerful enough to help them meet the needs of their customers and also user-friendly enough to allow them to quickly adapt to the ever-changing business climate. For HubSpot to be deemed essential to businesses’ tech stacks is a testament to the work our team has done to respond to the needs of our customers during these challenging times. And it’s a reminder of the immeasurable value of putting customer feedback at the heart of our product development decisions.”
HubSpot has received numerous positive reviews in 2020 from vetted and verified TrustRadius users, many of which highlight the platform's ease of use and the benefits of having a centralized database that can be seen across an entire organization.
The Tech Stack Essentials Award is given to companies whose products were nominated by an open-ended survey of over 250 TrustRadius users. Tech users were asked: “Of all the tools or products in your technology stack, which product is the most essential to your day-to-day job?” All nominations were thoroughly vetted by the TrustRadius research team, and the HubSpot growth platform was one of the most-nominated products on the list.
HubSpot was also recognized by TrustRadius in March of this year, when it won three Top Rated awards in the marketing automation, all-in-one marketing, and marketing analytics categories.
