Can you tell us a little about your background and journey to HubSpot?    

I was a wedding DJ for 6 years. After that I sold many products and services for many years, using HubSpot along the way.

Describe a typical day in your role.

My day would include a mixture of the following: prospecting, following up with deals, calls with deals from first call (discovery), to getting contracts signed. Internal meetings, trainings, etc. 

Tell us about a challenge you're working to solve right now. 

I'm constantly working on a tested prospecting system with results that anyone can use and benefit from. Most sales prospecting advice is very generic and i want to solve that by creating a tried and tested system that other HubSpot reps can use to see success. 

How are you solving for the customer?

By helping customers grow better by using a business software product that people actually LOVE to use. (This is not common with B2B SaaS products) 

In your own words, what makes working at HubSpot unique?

You can truly get out what you put in. The promotion criteria, bonuses, etc, are all mainly all driven by obtainable KPIs.

When is the last time you left your comfort zone - personally and professionally?
I bought an old, unlivable house with some land in the woods. I'd sell HubSpot everyday, hit my numbers, then at night, go fix up the house, all while supporting my wife and twin boys. We now live in the house and love it, it is our own slice of paradise. 

Outside of HubSpot, what do you like to do in your free time?
Spend time with my wife and twin boys and I also race motorcycles (motocross & hard enduro).
