HubSpot for Startups contracts for Starter and Pro have an annual duration and are billed monthly. Enterprise contracts have an annual duration and are billed upfront.

To be eligible for HubSpot for Startups, you must be associated with one of our partners, and meet our funding criteria:

A startup with under $2 million in funding, you are eligible for up to 75% off HubSpot software in your first year, 50% off in your second year, and 25% off in year three.

A startup who has raised over $2 million in named funding up to and including Series A, you are eligible for up to 50% off in your first year, and 25% off in year two.

A startup who is a part of an approved entrepreneurial organization, you are eligible for 30% off in your first year, and 15% off in year two.

Misrepresenting your eligibility for the Seed-Stage or Series A discounts set out above may constitute a material breach of the Terms of Service and could result in the termination of your subscription agreement and/or the removal of any discount applied to your purchase. Further, you may be required to repay HubSpot for any discounts received as a result of falsely misrepresenting your eligibility.
