To qualify as a competition participant, a partner must:
-Have joined the HubSpot Agency Partner Program prior to January 1, 2020.
-Still be active in the program at the time that final awards are evaluated.
-Have a tier of silver or higher at the time the awards are evaluated.
-Have at least 10 managed clients throughout all of 2019.
Partners are competing on three weighted criteria: MRR (60%), Growth Stack MRR (35%) and Customer Success (5%).
For each criterion, partners are percentile ranked against one another. The three percentile ranks are weighted and totaled, and the partner with the highest final score wins.
1) MRR Sold: The sum of MRR from deals that closed in 2019, that fall into the eligible MRR categories (below), and that were sold by the partner (includes partner collab).
2) Growth Stack MRR Sold: The sum of MRR from deals that closed in 2019, that fall into the eligible MRR categories (below), that were sold by the partner (includes partner collaboration), and that are categorized as Growth Stack (channel customer has two or more HubSpot products upon close of the deal).
3) Customer Success: Customer dollar retention, evaluated on a per-partner level.
