When Gayathri started Digitant, her vast experience made her acutely aware of the main stumbling blocks that the company would face in the Indian market. Although Gayathri and her team were already digitally savvy, she believed that the HubSpot onboarding process was an excellent, end-to-end experience that helped the team fully grasp the HubSpot suite, as well as the Inbound methodology. Being armed with this knowledge makes pitching to prospective clients much easier for Digitant, which in turn helps the client make a more informed choice when deciding if the solution is suitable. Gayathri acknowledged that the incremental nature of digital meant the results weren’t instant, but when they came, they came in spades.
