We begin with a discovery session, followed by a session each week with an Implementation Specialist within the first 60 days of purchasing the service. 

Your Implementation Specialist will discuss your current sales process and make recommendations based on best practices we’ve developed. You’ll receive actionable advice on how to close more deals using the HubSpot CRM and Sales Professional tools.

Sales Hub Enterprise Onboarding is designed for new customers on the Sales Hub Enterprise software who want a personalized implementation experience.

Your Implementation Specialist will discuss and evaluate your current process and make recommendations based on best practices we have developed. You will receive actionable advice on how to build pipelines and close more deals using the Sales Enterprise tools.

This service may include, but is not limited to:

  • Access to an assigned Implementation Specialist for the first 90 days from the start of your Sales Hub Enterprise subscription
  • A discovery session to uncover existing systems and processes in-place at your organization
  • Assistance with setting up your HubSpot instance including the Sales Hub Enterprise features: Pipeline Management, Deal Management, Approval Management and eSignature
  • Assistance in setting up the HubSpot Enterprise features including: Single Sign-on, Teams, and Predictive Lead Scoring
  • Strategic guidance on the organization of your contacts and companies, reporting structure and deal management strategy.

As a HubSpot Enterprise customer you will also receive ongoing access to the following resources:

    • The HubSpot Support Team
    • Certification courses, documentation, and training programs from the HubSpot Academy Team
