When applicable, the IS will also provide strategic advice pertaining to best practices allowing you to engage, guide, and grow better customers.

Service Hub Professional Onboarding Overview

Service Hub Professional Onboarding is designed for new customers on the Service Hub Professional Software. With the help of an Implementation Specialist (IS), you will receive technical guidance and direction through the setup and implementation of Service Hub. When applicable, the IS will also provide strategic advice pertaining to best practices allowing you to engage, guide, and grow better customers.

What's Included

  • An assigned Implementation Specialist for the first 60 days from the start of your Service Hub Professional Software Subscription
  • Your Implementation Specialist shall provide:
    • A discovery session to uncover existing systems and processes in-place at your organization
    • Assistance with the technical setup associated with the Service Hub Professional Software
    • Advice and guidance  configuring the Helpdesk, Knowledge Base, Chat, or Customer Survey tools within HubSpot

You will receive on-going access to resources including:

  • The HubSpot Support Team
  • Certification courses, documentation, and training programs from the HubSpot Academy Team
  • The HubSpot Customer Success team
