    All Black Collective
    The All Black Collective (formerly known as Black@INBOUND) is HubSpot's online networking community that gathers Black founders, creatives, and professionals worldwide.

    The All Black Collective was originally founded as an in-person meetup in 2016 under the name, Black@INBOUND. Since then, the group has grown into a year-round digital networking community for Black founders across marketing, technology, sales, services, and business. 
     
    Today the All Black Collective is hosted on The Spot, where you can connect with members on a digital platform, attend monthly virtual events, including networking and masterclasses, and access resources to grow your business better! Get started today!

    Black@INBOUND has evolved from being an annual meetup at INBOUND to a thriving year-round digital networking community with over 1,000 members globally. The decision to transition to our new name stemmed from a collaborative effort with our community members. As our community expanded and diversified its offerings, it became evident that a new name reflecting our mission was essential.

    The All Black Collective encapsulates our ongoing commitment to resource, recognize, and represent Black professionals within a dynamic and evolving landscape. This name change signifies our dedication to meeting the evolving needs of our members and ensuring a platform that is inclusive, empowering, and resonant with the diverse voices and aspirations within our community.

    HubSpot is committed to creating long-term change when it comes to fighting racial injustice. A key part of that effort is supporting Black-owned businesses and celebrating Black voices in our content and across our business long-term.

    Our goal in creating this community is to make space for Black professionals to connect with each other and address the unique challenges and opportunities they face.
