With the new connector, you can bring your HubSpot context into Claude to get personalized AI insights, visualize them through charts and graphs, and then take action inside HubSpot.

Set up the HubSpot connector for Claude

Ensure your Super Admin or a user with App Marketplace Permissions completes the HubSpot setup first. Once it’s enabled, others in your organization can connect by following the same steps.

1. Log into Claude

Log into Claude, go to Settings, and select Connectors, then click Browse Connectors.

2. Select HubSpot as a connector

Under the Web Connectors tab, select HubSpot, and click Add to your team. Return to your Connectors settings and click on Your Connectors. Click Connect next to HubSpot.

3. Connect your desired HubSpot Account

You'll now be directed to the HubSpot portal selector, where you can select your preferred account and click Choose Account.

4. Open a chat, enable HubSpot, and begin searching

Just start a new chat and enable HubSpot as your data source under Search & Tools.

*The HubSpot connector for Claude will be available to all HubSpot customers across all tiers who have a paid Anthropic subscription (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise).

The HubSpot connector for Claude does not provide access to custom Sensitive Data Properties or sensitive content from other Sensitive Data Covered Services, including Personal Health Information and other forms of Highly Sensitive Data. It has read-only access to standard records such as contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and their associations. Any properties marked as sensitive data is not accessible by the connector.
