In the last few years consumer spending habits changed dramatically due to supply chain issues, labour shortages and rising inflation rates. A recent Australian report by Sinch MessageMedia revealed 26% of consumers expect an immediate response from a business, and a further 64% expect one within 24 hours.

83% of consumers said the ability to message a business increased their confidence in a brand.
