Michael Simon has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June 2011. Mr. Simon is the founder and chief executive officer of NDVR, Inc., a private company that develops portfolio optimization algorithms and technology. Mr. Simon co-founded LogMeIn in 2003, where he served as chairman and chief executive officer from 2003 until 2015, as chairman of the board from 2003 until March 2019, and as a board member from March 2019 until May 2019. He also previously served on the board of SessionM, a private company that makes enterprise customer loyalty software, from September 2016 to 2019. Mr. Simon also serves on the Graduate Studies Advisory Council at the University of Notre Dame.
