INBOUND 2017 Gadget Giveaway Official Rules
During and around INBOUND 2017, HubSpot will be hosting a number of giveaways on our INBOUND and HubSpot social channels for the purposes of promoting INBOUND 2017. Any giveaways conducted during this time shall be governed by these Official Rules. All references to INBOUND shall mean HubSpot Inc., the sole owner of INBOUND.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older and U.S. residents. Employees of HubSpot inc., are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway entry period begins and ends at the times communicated by INBOUND or HubSpot in the relevant Giveaway call-to-action (the "Giveaway Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Giveaway Period.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, entrants must exactly follow the entry instructions communicated by INBOUND or HubSpot in the relevant Giveaway call-to-action, for example, the instructions may require you to comment on or like a post in order to enter the giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address, per internet account (i.e., per facebook or Instagram account) and per household during the Giveaway Period via online entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address.
ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: In lieu of an online entry, you may enter the Giveaway by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name and email address to: INBOUND 2017 Gadget Giveaway Official Rules Entries, c/o HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period to be included in the winner draw, and no more than one postcard/email address may be submitted during the Giveaway Period.
WINNER SELECTION: The amount of winners will be in accordance with the Giveaway information communicated by INBOUND or HubSpot in the relevant Giveaway call-to-action. The Giveaway winner(s) will be determined by random drawing to be held forty-five days after the end of the giveaway period. Winners will be selected from entries received during the Giveaway Period. The potential winner(s) will be notified online via the messaging tool on the platform that the Giveaway was conducted, or by any other reasonable means that INBOUND or HubSpot is able to communicate with the winner, within two (2) weeks after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by INBOUND or HubSpot, the judge of the Giveaway, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, INBOUND or HubSpot may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.
PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE: The prize will be in accordance with the Giveaway information communicated by INBOUND or HubSpot in the relevant giveaway call-to-action. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Prize will range between $0 – 1000 USD depending on the exact nature of the prize in the relevant giveaway. Overall odds of winning depend on number of entries received during the Giveaway Period. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer. You acknowledge and agree that the prize may be provided by a third party and in the event the third party is no longer able to provide the prize, you will receive a substitute prize.
CONDITIONS: HubSpot Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway (or portion thereof). HubSpot Inc. also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the entry of any individual. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, HubSpot Inc., reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. Any entrant who creates multiple accounts with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat for the purposes of increasing the odds of winning this Giveaway will be disqualified.
