    HubSpot’s newest updates are built with your customers in mind. With customer portals, now in beta, customers can easily view and manage support tickets, explore the knowledge base, and gain more ownership over their service experience. We’ve also introduced custom feedback surveys, so you can ensure customers feel valued and heard every step of the way.

  2. HubSpot Payments

    And what about that magic moment when a prospect turns into a customer? That’s right, we’re talking about payments. With the launch of HubSpot’s payments feature, you can deliver a delightful and connected buying experience from your CRM. This feature is built natively within HubSpot — so it's easy to embed payment links into emails, quotes, websites, or live chats for faster delivery and more streamlined collection. HubSpot’s payments feature is currently in beta and available in the U.S. only.

  1. Custom Behavioral Events

    HubSpot is dedicated to keeping your data clean and connected so you can avoid headaches, and keep customer experience friction-free. In 2021, we launched 50+ new HubSpot-built data sync integrations with some of the most requested tools: NetSuite, AirCall, Xero, and more. We introduced custom behavioral events, now in beta, to help you track and report on any site or app activity right within HubSpot. And with our vastly improved custom report builder, you can build bespoke reports with all your CRM data, including contacts, companies, and deals — plus custom objects, behavioral events, campaigns, and more — all in one place. Datasets put ops leaders in control and give businesses quicker, more consistent reporting. Operations Hub Enterprise also brings a fast and easy way to integrate HubSpot data into Snowflake, an industry-leading data warehouse.
